Shipping Policy
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with same-day dispatch if ordered before 1pm, and the next business day if after cutoff time.
Expected delivery time:
Standard shipping - 2 to 5 days, depending on location
Express shipping - 1 to 3 days, depending on location
How much does shipping cost?
Our products are packed and shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC.
We offer free standard shipping to Australia on orders valued at $90 and more.
For all orders valued under $90, shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard shipping = $8
- Express shipping = $12
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your tracking details.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver internationally at this stage.
